法國醬牛肉火鍋 (法國式牛柳片 - 2 人份量 ) |
Fondue Beef in French Sauce |
材料
| Ingredients |
1 牛 柳 1 磅
2 西蘭花 或青豆 半 磅 ( 伴碟用,或可用生菜絲,蕃茄等伴碟 )
3 滾水 4 杯
4 鹽 ½ 茶匙

- 1 lb. Filet Mignon or beef.
- 1/2 lb. broccili or green bean (for garnishing - can substitute with Shredded lettuce or tomato slices/flower-pattern)
- 4 cups boiling water.
- 1/2 tsp salt

| Seasoning Ingredients |
- 茄汁 8 湯匙
- 法國芥茉醬 2 湯匙
- 喼汁 4 湯匙
- 牛油 1 安士
- 鹽 ½ 至 1 茶匙
- 糖 3 湯匙
- 胡椒粉 1 茶匙

- 8 Tbsp ketchup.
- 2 Tbsp French's Mustard.
- 4 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce.
- 1 oz butter.
- 1/2 - 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp white pepper.

Method |
- 牛柳切薄片待用
- 西籣花洗淨切塊待用
- 滾水鍋內加鹽 ½ 茶匙 , 放入切件西籣花或青豆煮約 1 分鐘,取出掠乾伴碟( 或可用生菜絲,蕃茄等半碟食用 )
- 大鍋內放入茄汁等全部調味料 , 伴勻煮滾後 , 逐件放入牛柳片煑 ( 牛柳煮熟程度可隨意調整) ,全部上碟後 , 加入伴菜即可享用

- Thin-sliced filet mignon or beef. Set aside.
- Broccoli - Clean and cut into pieces .
- In cooking pan boil water; add 1/2 tsp salt; add broccoli or green bean; cook for 1 min. Drain; set aside for garnishing.
- In heated pan add all seasoning ingredients; cook till boiling; then add filet mignon or beef (to your choice of rare, medium or cooked). Plate, garnish, ENJOY
